The short version
TAIMER collects nothing. Your name, employee number, hours, rate and pay are written to your own browser's storage on your own device, and go nowhere else. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers in the page.
What is stored, and where
Everything you enter is kept in your browser's local storage, under this site's name, on the device you typed it on. It stays there until you clear it — through Clear period, by clearing the browser's data for this site, or by removing the app from your home screen. It is not encrypted, so anyone who can unlock your phone can open it.
The app also stores a random identifier for your copy, a few counts of how often you have printed or exported, and whether you left the quick-fill panel open. These sit beside your sheet on your device. None of them is sent anywhere, and the identifier is tied to nothing about you — it exists so that a licence could one day be matched to an installation, and so a support question can name a copy.
What reaches our servers
Loading the site fetches its files from our host, which sees what any web server sees: an IP address, the time, and which file was asked for. Once loaded, TAIMER works with no connection at all, and using it sends nothing back. Printing, exporting a CSV and downloading the poster all happen on your device.
Sharing
The share button hands a link to whichever app you pick. That app, not TAIMER, decides what happens next. Nothing from your sheet is included.
If this changes
Features like backup or sharing a sheet between phones would mean data leaving your device. If such a feature is ever added it will be something you switch on deliberately, and this page will say so before it does. Questions go to WhatsApp +267 77 806 931.
