Terms of use

What TAIMER is
TAIMER is a time card that runs in your browser. It records the hours you enter and works out normal hours, overtime, and the pay and benefits that follow from the settings you choose. It is a calculator you control, not a payroll service and not a record kept on your behalf.
It is free to use
Every feature is free at the time of writing. If paid features are added later, what is free today will be made clear before anything changes, and a sheet you have already filled in will remain yours to open, print and export.
Check the figures before you rely on them
You set the rate, the multipliers, the standard day, the tax method and the leave and severance rules, and TAIMER applies them faithfully. It cannot know whether they match your contract or the law. The tax bands it ships with are a starting point, editable, and need checking against BURS. Before a figure is used to pay someone or to settle a dispute, check it against your employer's records and, where money or a legal right turns on it, against proper advice. TAIMER is provided as it is, without warranty, and its author is not liable for loss arising from its use.
Your sheet is yours
What you type stays on your device. Nobody else can see it, and that includes us — which also means we cannot recover it for you. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose: print it, or export the CSV.
Fair use
Use TAIMER for keeping time cards. Do not use it to impersonate an employer or to produce records you know to be false.
